I love jogging, hiking ...Wonderful interpretation! I love jogging, hiking and walking for my regular exercise. Horseback riding when I get the chance. This winter has been either too cold and windy and/or snowy to really be out in, so I've taken some yoga classes and hit the gym a few times too. I don't like that much, the exercise feels good but I don't like feeling like a hamster on a wheel. When I move, I want it to get me somewhere. I too, along with my wife, have been ...Great idea. I too, along with my wife, have been trying to lose some weight over the months, and thanks to diligent attention to Weight Watchers, I lost 30 pounds and she lost 25. Then we slipped back up a few, but we're back trying, and I've thrown in a few minutes of exercise (for the last three days anyway).
